The X-GMAT 2016 (II) will be conducted on Apr 17, 2016 (Sunday) only in Bhubaneswar.
X-GMAT
The X-GMAT is the entrance test is being conducted by the Xavier University of Bhubaneswar (XUB) since last year and the on-line test is scheduled on January 10, 2016. The test is conducted for admissions into Master’s programs offered in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Rural Management, Management program for Executives and integrated PhD programs – all for the academic year 2016.
Test Pattern
The duration of the online X-GMAT test is 120 minutes. The test will consist of five sections namely quantitative ability (QA), data interpretation (DI), comprehension & logical reasoning (CLR), emotional quotient (EQ) and general knowledge & current affairs (GKC). The type and nature of questions will be similar to the other prominent entrance tests for management education. The medium of the test is in English language for all candidates. Some sample questions are given below.
The five sections during the test will appear in random sequence and there will be sectional time limits, which means a candidate will not know the next section and has to complete a section in a given time. If a candidate finishes any section early, (s)he has to wait for the next section to begin and one cannot go back to a completed section.
For attempting X-GMAT the candidate should have three-year Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university in any discipline and the marks scored in graduation should be at least 55%. Candidates who expect to complete the final part of their degree examinations by June 15, 2015.
