SELECTION OF CANDIDATES FOR BSC NURSING COURSE 2017 RESULT OF WRITTEN TEST HELD ON 23 APR 2017. LIST OF CANDIDATES QUALIFIED FOR INTERVIEW

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES CALLED FOR INTERVIEW :
1. You must bring the print out of interview call letter sent by Email by this office.
2. You must produce the following documents before the Interview Board:
(a) Certificates/Documents: TO BE PRODUCED IN ORIGINAL along with one attested copy-
(i) Secondary(10th) /equivalent Certificate indicating Date of Birth
(ii) Senior Secondary (10+2)/ equivalent certificate & Mark Sheet
(iii) Two latest character Certificates from different Gazetted Officers – to be submitted to the interview board.
(iv) Gap Certificate (when there is gap of more than two years between class 10th and 12th).The gap certificate to be obtained from the Principal of the school from where 12th completed.
(v) Candidates appeared in board examination 2017 with Phy, Chem & Bio must furnish a certificate to this effect from the Principal of School and bring attested copy of hall ticket/admit card of board examination.
(vi) Nationality/Domicile Certificate
(vii) Certificate of SC/ ST, if applicable, (from not below the rank of 1st class-Magistrate/Tehsildar /Sub divisional Officer of the area where the candidate and/or her family normally resides).
(viii) Dependent Certificate of Army /Ex Service personnel from the competent authority–if applicable.
(ix) NCC ‘C’ certificate– if possessed by you.
(x) Certificate of First Aid/Home Nursing from St John’s Ambulance Association- if possessed by you.
(xi) Certificate of participation in sports events at school,college,district/state or national level- if possessed by you.
(xii) Any other relevant Certificates.
(b) Coloured Passport size photographs: 06
3. You will be paid TA/DA as per rules, if you are an outstation candidate. Second class train fare from the place of residence to the place of interview and back is allowed as TA. However, where return tickets at concessional rates are issued by Railway authorities, it will be admitted at such concessional rates only.
Claim for TA/DA will be submitted by candidate to the Commandant/Commanding Officer of the hospital where interview is held and TA/DA will be paid by the Hospital authorities only when passed by the Audit authorities.
Candidates are, therefore, advised to have sufficient funds with them for their stay as well as return journey. Correspondence if any, regarding payment of TA/DA will be made directly with the hospital concerned.
4. Medical Examination:
Candidates who secure 50% and above ONLY in the final combined merit list (Written test+interview), will be subjected to medical examination on the next day of the interview.
If you are sent for Medical Examination, you will not leave the hospital till the complete Medical Examination is over and you are informed of the result of the Medical Examination. Any query or doubt related to the medical examination may be obtained from the President of the Medical Board.
5. However, the final merit list will be prepared at IHQ and ONLY as per the number of seats, the candidates will be called for admission.

All candidates appearing in 10+2 board examination must submit the attested copy of 12th mark sheet soon after the result declaration (Latest by 15 July 2017) to this office at the following address-

Non submission of 12th mark sheet will be treated as admission cancelled.

I appeared for boards this year. So when do I have to submit the attested copy of my 12th mark sheet?
Please tell my results. I am waiting for a long time.
