Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission today declared the result of Written Objective Type Screening Test for the recruitment 179 posts {General(UR)=93, General(BPL)=12, General(W.Ex.Men)=11, OBC(UR)=18, OBC(BPL)=03, OBC(W.X.Men)=01, SC(UR)=24, SC(BPL)=05, SC(W.X.Men)=02, ST(UR)=07, ST(BPL)=02 & ST(W.X.Men)=01} of JE(Civil) (on contract basis) Post Code: 529.
These posts were received from the PWD, IPH, HPSEBL, HPSIDE, HIMURJA, TCP & Fisheries departments of Himachal Pradesh and were advertised vide advertisement No. 32-3/2016 dated 18th October, 2016.
In response to this advertisement, in all 9853 applications were received and provisionally admitted.
The Written Objective Type Screening Test was held on 30th April, 2017 in which 7090 candidates appeared and 2763 candidates remained absent. Out of total 7090 candidates appeared, the following 553 candidates have been declared qualified in their respective categories and shortlisted for further selection process:
