List of Provisionally selected candidates for Assistant Executive Engineers in Civil / Mechanical/Agricultural in Various Engineering Services

It is hereby notified that on the basis of the results of Screening Test (Written Examination) held on 06/11/2016 and Main Examination (Computer Based Test) 29/06/2016 & 30/12/2016 and verification of Original certificates held from 26/04/2017 to 16/05/2017, 28th, 29th May 2017 and 3rd June 2017 the candidates, whose Register Numbers are given below have been provisionally selected for appointment to the posts of Assistant Executive Engineers in Civil/Mechanical/Agricultural branches (Direct Recruitment-General) in various Engineering Departments vide Commission’s Notification No.06/2016, Dt.17-8-2016 subject to the following conditions.

1) That success in the Examination confers no right to appointment unless the appointing authority is satisfied after such enquiry as may be considered necessary that the candidate having regard to his/her character and antecedents are suitable in all respects for appointment to the services.

2) That the Candidate is found physically fit for the post.
3) That the Candidate should produce original certificates as may be required by the appointing authority in accordance with the Rules / Notification.

If, it comes to the notice of the Commission later that any Candidate furnished false information or the selection is not in order due to any act of omission or commission of any Candidate then his/her provisional selection is liable to be cancelled at any stage and he/she will forfeit all consequential benefits including that of selection, besides the Commission reserves the right to take any action as it deems fit in the circumstances of the case in terms of the various enabling provisions as notified in Notification No.06/2016.

With this Notification, the recruitment process notified vide Notification No.06/2016 to the post of Assistant Executive Engineers in Civil/Mechanical has been finally concluded except candidates in HH category since the Medical reports are pending from the concerned and the same is hereby notified to all concerned.

Note :
1. With regard HH category candidates clarification is awaited from Medical Board. Therefore in HH cases, a supplementary selection list would be issued soon.

2. With regard to CF un-filled vacancies in PH category supplementary selection list will be issued soon after verification for interchange as per G.O.Ms.No.99, Dt:04/03/2013, of G.A. (Ser.D) Department, Govt., of A.P., once the HH list finalized.

3. The above list is subject to finalization of litigation in O.A.No.1415/2017 pending before Hon’ble APAT with reference to determination of reservation status of one candidate who is not local to A.P.
