NOTE:
1- The certificates of the Qualifying candidate shall be available by post only after verification of their original certificates.
2- The successful candidates are required to submit a copy of their Application Form along with certificates/ documents duly attested by a Gazetted Officer in support of their eligibility within one month (i.e. 9th May, 2015) of the declaration of this result.
3- The reserve category candidates OBC/SC/ST/VH/PH are required to submit their relevant certificates duly attested by a Gazetted Officer as per requirements of the Uttarakhand Govt.
4- The nodal agency (Kumaun University) shall not be responsible for any technical/ typographical error of any kind for this notification.
5- The decision of the Nodal Agency (Kumaun University) in all matters of disputes shall be final.
6- Those candidates, who had not completed their Master’s degree examination at the time of U-SET Exam 2015, should complete their Qualifying examination, with the stipulated percentage of marks, within one year from the date of declaration of this result.
7- In the event of any information being found false or incorrect in the Application Form/OMR Sheet/OMR Answer Sheet or detection of any ineligibility, the candidate is libel to disqualify even after declaration of this result.
8- Nodal agency (Kumaun University) has taken utmost care in finalisation of result. However, if any error is detected at a later stage, university may rectify the result accordingly.
9- The candidates having any grievances with regard to answer key(s) even after declaration of this result, may send a written request as per prescribed proforma uploaded on the website to the Member Secretary, USET, The Hermitage, Kumaun University, Nainital- 263 001, Uttarakhand, supporting their stand with proof from standard books / literature along with a Demand Draft of Rs.5,000/- drawn in favour of Finance Officer, Kumaun University within one month from the date of declaration of this result. Claim(s) received without the Demand Draft of the said amount will not be entertained. Valid request(s) in all respects will be placed before the Expert Committee(s) for reexamination of the answer key(s). In case the answer(s) is / are found to be incorrect, USET will process the result in the light of changed key(s) and qualify the additional candidates for USET and/or eligibility for Assistant Professor without changing the result of candidates qualified provisionally as per this notification. Grievances received without supporting documents/literature are liable to be rejected.
10- This notification is issued with approval of the competent authority.
