HINDUSTAN AERONAUTICS LIMITED AIRCRAFT DIVISION NASIK PROVISIONALLY ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES – Graduate Apprentice Trainee (Applied Against Advertisement)

1. All the candidates who are provisionally eligible for undergoing Apprenticeship Training under the Apprenticeship Act 1961, ( listed below annexure – 1 ) should report from 25th May to 13th June 2015 ,at given address for Document Verification, along-with
A) One recent colour photograph.
B) All Original Documents.
I. All semester mark list of engineering degree.
II. latest Cast certificate (in English)
III. Valid Non-creamy layer certificate for OBC candidate

(Nasik is situated on Mumbai-Agra National Highway No.3, Approx. 200 KMs from Mumbai. E) The candidates who do not report for document verification will not be considered for final selection as an Apprenticeship trainee and his candidature will be rejected.
F) This provisional eligibility list is based on the discipline, date of birth, Month and year of passing, category and also considering the payment of DD for Open, OBC candidates as prescribed in advertisement.
G) Candidate must meet the all the eligible criteria, as per the BOAT(Board of Apprentice Training) Rules candidate degree passing date should not be more than 3 years at the time of joining.
H) The final merit list will be prepared after document verification by considering the marks scored in the qualifying examination.
I) All candidates should bring a letter (on the letter head of the Institution duly signed by the Principal/Head of Institute) certifying that their institute is approved by AICTE.

J) If aggregate percentage is mentioned on the certificate is CGPA/GPA, it must be converted in to an equivalent percentage and same should be produced by the candidate on the letter head of the Institution/university duly signed by Principal/Head of Institute.

K) BOAT will check the college /board/University for correctness of recognition by AICTE.

The candidate should note the following points before the engagement as Apprentice Trainee:
a) Apprentice training under the Apprenticeship Act 1961 is available in all the states of India.
b) This is engagement as per Apprenticeship Act 1961.
c) This is not a permanent job or job on contract.
d) After completion of the training period, the apprenticeship will be terminated and there will be no offer any employment.

e) Candidates, those who have undergone apprenticeship training or who are undergoing similar apprenticeship training or registered for apprenticeship training in the respective discipline under the apprentices act 1961 elsewhere are not eligible.

f) Candidates with any kind of work experience of one year or more are not eligible.
g) It may be possible that the candidate may have to stay one/two days extra during the document verification process. The candidate should make his/her own arrangement for the stay/transport/lunch etc.
h) No TA/DA will be paid to the candidate while coming for document verification
i) Hiding of any information or qualification detail by the candidates will be subject to rejection

After final selection:
1. The company does not provide or arrange any accommodation.
2. The company does not provide any transport facility.
3. As per recent revision the stipend payable to Graduate apprentices is Rs.4984/-per month, without any allowances.
