Shortlisting of candidates for Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT) on the basis of 2″d Stage CBT for the post of Executive (Operations & Business Development)

1. Based on the performance in the Computer Based Test (2nd Stage CBT) held on 17th December 2023 & 20 December 2023 for the post of Executive (Operations &. Business Development), candidates whose roll numbers have been mentioned in Annexure-I. have provisionally been shortlisted to appear in CBAT. The Roll Numbers of the provisionally shortlisted candidates for CBAT are arranged horizontally in ascending order and not in order of merit.

2. Candidates who have been shortlisted for 2nd Stage CBT or CBAT availing the reservation benefits of OBC(NCL)/SC/ST/EWS, PwBD and ExSM, shall be considered only against respective categories for subsequent stages of the recruitment process.

3. The Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT) for the provisionally shortlisted candidates will be scheduled tentatively in March’ 24 for which separate intimation will be given through the official website of DFCCIVSMS/e-mail.

Cut-off Mark for Executive

Based upon merit, candidates equal to 08 times community-wise vacancies (excluding PwBD vacancies) have been shortlisted for CBAT(where marks equal to cut-off has been obtained by more than 01 candidate, all such candidates in respective Community/Category have been shortlisted for CBAT).

** The candidature of all the candidates who have been shortlisted for CBAT is purely provisional and is liable to be cancelled, at any stage of recruitment process or thereafter, in case of any inconsistency/deficiency in the data furnished or any malpractice on part of candidates coming to notice of DFCCIL. lt may be noted that merely calling a candidate for appearing in CBAT does not entitle him/her in any way to an appointment in the DFCCIL.

Selection Process For Executive

Note:
i) Selection is made strictly as per merit and extant reservation rules.

ii) The date, time & venue for all the stages of Recruitment process/other necessary activities as applicable shall be fixed by the DFCCIL and shall be intimated to the eligible candidates in due course. Request for postponement of any of the above activity or for change of venue, date and shift will not be entertained under any circumstances.

Instructions For Medical Examination:
i) The candidate should have sound health. Appointment to the above Posts will be subject to the candidate being Medically FIT as per the standards prescribed in Chapter –V of Indian Railway Medical Manual Vol.-I which can be accessed at www.indianrailways.gov.in. No relaxation in health standards is allowed.

ii) Candidates must ensure that they fulfill the prescribed Medical Standards for the Post(s) they are opting for. Candidates who are found Medically Unsuitable for the opted Post(s), their candidature shall be rejected. No alternative appointment shall be given under any circumstances.

iii) Candidates who have undergone Lasik surgery or any other surgery procedure to correct refractory error are not eligible for the Post having Medical Standards A2 (Aye-Two) & A3 (Aye-Three).

iv) Selected PwBD candidates will be subjected to Medical Examination at the time of Document Verification and only those conforming to the medical standards as laid down in the Indian Railway Medical Manual and other extant provisions, as the case may be, will be eligible for Appointment.

v) Different Medical standards shall apply to Ex-servicemen as detailed in para 534 of Indian Railway Medical Manual (IRMM) volume I, which can be accessed at indianrailways.gov.in.
